One price per site, with everyone at the garage included. Yearly with two months free, or monthly with no contract.
Workshop
£19.00 a site a month, or £190.00 a year (two months free).
Equipment, inspections, defects, people and certificates, QR tags, the sign-in book, the fire log and the accident book.
MOT module
£10.00 more a month for each MOT test station, or £100.00 a year.
For an MOT test station, beside the workshop:
- The DVSA visit log: each visit and what it found, with the findings tracked to the reply date
- Maintenance declarations and the breakdown log for the MOT equipment
- "Can we MOT today?": a tester signed in with training in date, the MOT equipment in calibration, nothing marked do not use
- Tester certificates, with the 31 March deadline for annual training
- Calibrations, QC checks with each tester's sign-off, and site audits
Keep your training provider: this replaces the software you keep your MOT records in.
Two sites, one an MOT test station: £48.00 a month. Prices are ex VAT.

- Polyester tags, pack of 40: £18.00 a pack, posted. 40 matte laminated polyester tags, 50 × 30 mm, and a pack card. For lifts, compressors, extinguishers and MOT kit.
- Aluminium tags, pack of 10: £18.00 a pack, posted. 10 anodised aluminium tags, 25 mm, and a pack card. For anything pressure-washed or hot.
